"From the outside, the hotel looks great, but once you go inside, your mindset changes completely. The rooms are extremely dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The experience was horrible. No cleaning, no bed, no TV, no sofa. The room was full of mosquitoes and dirt. I've never seen anything like it in my life. My request is to please upload real photos so that customers can get a genuine view. It would save their time and money. I had a terrible experience with this hotel and I'll never come back. The rooms are as bad as they can be. Even roadside rooms are better than this. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I stay here again"

"Worst experience i had in this hotel , uncleaned rooms, aggressive manager.. i had a plan to stay in this hotel and they clearly informed us to check the room first if u want to, then do check in ..when we checked the room it was filled with clearly a public hair at the corner of the room, walls are filled with spits of guthka, no electricity connection just fan was working, unflushed toilet..we asked the manager to change the room instead of he told us we have only one room others are not available only one room is available that too is of without Ac . We told us to at least clean the room instead as we were very tired but he didnt , resulted we have to do a complaint against them even then the manager was aggressive and told us that the rooms will only be available only when if someone check-out… it was the june month around 1 in the afternoon we had no other option than to leave the place as the manager argued with me and disrespected me for complaining. As a girl I didn’t feel safe so chose to leave."

"The rooms are very dirty, there is no proper water supply in the bathroom, the starter's behaviour is very bad It is not a hotel but completely a Dharamshala because no particular thing works like no AC, no staff, no clean rooms and no proper water supply."

"This is not a hotel, this is kind of a dharamshala where you will be moving from one room to other as there are many problems in this hotel and every room. The locks doesn't work, the lights are not working, no tv, no ac and no water in bathroom, but ypu will find cigrette and condoms in the room and washroom.. if you are lucky you will get the balcony room but then you will find some other thing is not good inside the room. I stayed here for 3 days and I use to take bath in another room. Changed the three rooms as there was some other problem inside it. Location is quite good as it is RWA and have mandir just beside the hotel. Food is fine but charges are high.."
